***This is for a future opportunity*** MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team in.

This role involves creating engaging content and developing user interfaces in support of the TAK Product Center core development efforts. Produce technical documentation and wire diagrams to translate user requirements into actionable technical guidelines.

Work with management and internal teams to successfully navigate the Sponsor’s accreditation process for all design-related system components. This position requires you to respond quickly and productively to user requirements and frequent change requests.

Facilitate frequent meetings and interviews with users and stakeholders to ensure the product aligns with mission needs. Work with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all modern design and user experience standards.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Information Systems Security or Digital Design. Extensive knowledge of modern design standards, user experience (UX) principles, and graphic arts.

• The UI/UX Designer will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Sponsor’s system accreditation efforts, to include creating Body of Evidence (BOE) documentation, responding to/implementing/documenting required controls, and completing required tasks/actions.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to: You will ensure user-centric design is practiced across all product teams by managing both graphic design and user interactions.
• This role involves creating engaging content and developing user interfaces in support of the TAK Product Center core development efforts.
• Work with management and internal teams to successfully navigate the Sponsor’s accreditation process for all design-related system components.
• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Information Systems Security or Digital Design.
• You will need to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
• This role requires you to frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.

• Work with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all modern design and user experience standards.
• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Information Systems Security or Digital Design.
• Extensive knowledge of modern design standards, user experience (UX) principles, and graphic arts.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and professional wire diagramming tools.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating technical documentation, particularly regarding user interface architecture.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
