Connecting employers with verified U.S. talent

Job Posting Policy

USA Jobs Today accepts and publishes job listings only when they meet strict USA-only, safety, source, and quality requirements.

Last updated: May 13, 2026

USA-only requirement

Only USA-based jobs are accepted. Remote jobs must be Remote USA-only or clearly limited to applicants authorized to work in the United States.

Required job details

Jobs must include a real employer, title, USA location, official apply URL, active status, and a 120+ word real visible description.

Rejected jobs

We reject global, worldwide, non-USA, unknown-location, scam, misleading, adult, gambling, MLM, fake salary, suspicious, broken apply URL, and unsafe jobs.

Automatic review

Employer submissions are evaluated automatically for employer status, USA-only location, description quality, scam and prohibited language, duplicate risk, expiry, source compliance, and application-link safety. Jobs that pass are published automatically; failed jobs are rejected with recorded reasons.

Removal rights

We may remove, archive, noindex, or correct expired, inaccurate, unsafe, duplicate, or non-compliant jobs.

Employer accounts and verification

Employers must create an account using a company-domain email that matches the company website and provide a U.S. company address, company profile, and authorized contact details. Personal email accounts and non-U.S. companies are not accepted.

Free posting allowance

Each automatically verified company account may publish up to 5 regular jobs and 2 featured jobs free, subject to the same automatic safety and quality controls. Rejected jobs do not consume posting credits. The allowance is not transferable and may be withdrawn for abuse, duplicate accounts, misrepresentation, or policy violations.

Paid posting after free allowance

After the free allowance is used, the employer selects a single, bulk, monthly, or yearly plan and contacts USA Jobs Today. After payment confirmation, an administrator issues a secure, time-limited posting code with the correct regular and featured credit limits. A posting code does not bypass automatic safety or quality checks.
