Key Responsibilities

• Whether you're developing advanced AI-powered bots, streamlining business operations, or building solutions using the latest generative AI technologies, your work will drive innovation at scale.
• AS A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting, including: pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, onboarding documentation etc.
• Implement recruiting ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the company Maintain job posts and assist in the creation of standardized s Create and send out candidate offer letters with salary negotiations Coordinate with practice leads and the recruiting team to ensure regular follow-up with candidates and own the candidate experience to ensure it's always positive Always maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately Conduct necessary onboarding sessions with the new hires QUALIFICATIONS: 4+ years of recruiting experience (must be within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space) Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus Proficient with Google Suite (word, sheets, calendar) Excellent communicators must be comfortable & confident on the phone Competitive and goal-oriented with appropriate attention to detail Passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruited consultants Works well both independently & as a team Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
