Job Description

You’ll own a high-growth product area at the intersection of generative AI and healthcare, and you’ll spend real time prototyping, automating, and creating alongside engineering and design rather than watching from the sidelines.

This is an emerging, fast-evolving role. We’re looking for someone with the drive and adaptability to help define what “builder-mode” product management looks like as we go, rather than someone waiting for a fully settled playbook.

This is the scope of the role and the work you’ll actually do: Own a product area end-to-end. Take responsibility for a high-growth generative AI and healthcare product area, including its strategy, roadmap, and the decision on what gets built and why.

Define and manage the outcomes. Set the measurable outcomes for your area, instrument the metrics behind them, and use those numbers as the primary signal of whether the work is succeeding. Discover and validate opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• What we’re looking for These are the qualities, skills, and experience we’re hiring for.
• Above all, you demonstrate outstanding written communication skills; you are crisp, structured, and persuasive on the page.
• You have a real eye for great product and user experience, and the instinct to tell the difference between good and great.
• You can move from vision and evangelism down into the weeds, with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Exposure to healthcare operations or clinical workflows is a plus but not required.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in product management Compensation for this role is based on market data and takes into account a variety of factors, including location, skills, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
