Job Description

You'll be the person who turns SharePoint from a static document repository into a well-governed, automated, AI-augmented workspace.

What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, and information architecture Implement Microsoft 365 automation using Power Automate, Power Platform, and related tools Configure and optimize Microsoft Copilot capabilities across SharePoint and the broader M365 environment Implement data governance, information protection, and compliance controls using Microsoft Purview Design and enforce data classification, retention, and sensitivity labeling policies Build automated workflows that reduce manual effort across business processes Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SharePoint, M365 automation, and Purview configurations Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutions Maintain documentation for architecture, automation workflows, and governance policies Stay current on Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Purview feature updates and best practices What You Bring Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint architecture, administration, and site design Experience with Microsoft 365 automation tools, including Power Automate and the Power Platform Hands-on experience configuring and deploying Microsoft Copilot within M365 environments Strong experience with Microsoft Purview, including data governance, compliance, and information protection Understanding of data classification, retention policies, and sensitivity labeling Ability to translate business process needs into automated, governed technical solutions Strong troubleshooting skills across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem Solid communication skills for collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders Nice to Have Microsoft certifications (e.
