Senior Product Designer

Dispatch Remote USA Remote USA Full Time Posted Aug 27, 2026

Job Overview

Role overview: Own design end-to-end for a core area of the Dispatch platform: the custodian and data workflows at the center of how firms move and manage client data. You are accountable for the quality of what ships, not just the spec.

Lead the definition of high-impact product experiences. From problem decomposition and discovery to defining experience requirements, crafting workflows, and delivery high-fidelity designs.

Job Description

Weave new capabilities into existing user-facing workflows so the product stays coherent and scalable as it grows, rather than adding one-off screens.

A portfolio that shows comprehensive ownership, from discovery through shipped features, on real products with real constraints. Demonstrated experience designing complex, data-dense interfaces or workflow tools, not primarily consumer or marketing work.

Meaningful contribution to a design system: components, patterns, or documentation you have owned, maintained, and championed. Grounding in facts and principles: you plan and run research and usability testing, and turn what you learn into design decisions.

A track record of communicating the "why" behind design decisions and navigating complex requirements across engineering, product, and business.
