MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior OneStream Consultant to join our team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Applying advanced theoretical knowledge of Computer Science and Engineering principles to proficiently develop, write, test, troubleshoot, and document code and interfaces for financial management applications using the OneStream XF platform Developing and troubleshooting a variety of components that include security models, event processes, custom dashboards, reports, business rules, and member formulas, with a focus on enhancing system functionality and efficiency Actively participating in various phases of the software development cycle, ranging from systems analysis and design to development, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions Designing and creating financial reports and dashboards based on specific client requirements while adhering to industry best practices to ensure the delivery of accurate and meaningful insights Identifying potential project risks, providing risk mitigation options, and escalating unresolved risks to project management to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines Designing and building data conversion and data load artifacts throughout various project phases, to ensure smooth data migration and accuracy Continually expanding your knowledge of OneStream through comprehensive training, financial processes, and industry best practices, to stay abreast of the latest trends and enhance your professional growth Working in an agile environment, applying agile practices, and actively participating in daily stand-ups and scrum activities to foster collaborative and efficient project management Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, or Information Systems or related field 10+ years of work experience in systems design, infrastructure, tuning/optimization, cloud, development, and deployment 5+ years of relevant OneStream experience or comparable experience performing software development, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery 4+ years of OneStream XF installation, configuration, and optimization experience Familiar with C# or VB.
NET, to handle technical requirements of the role SQL experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases, to manage and manipulate data effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, to navigate through complex situations and provide effective solutions Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems VB.
NET development experience and/or any object-oriented programming languages Experience assisting with ATOs and setting up Single Sign-On for applications Work experience in a professional services company and/or a consulting firm CompTIA Security+ certification Clearance Requirements: US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations The projected compensation range for this position is $148,200.
