Job Description

The Senior Clinical Applications Associate will work primarily with the Epic Cadence, MyChart and Ambulatory applications. This role is cross-functional to support Patient Engagement.

We will consider highly qualified candidates to work remotely within the state of Texas. Employee will be required to attend work-related meetings in Houston occasionally, travel for these meetings will be at the employee's expense.

Job Duties Leads development and optimization of Hello World and Campaigns to support patient engagement strategies. Designs and manages outreach campaigns.

Supports and enhances digital front door capabilities, including Partners with Access leadership to align Epic functionality with operational priorities. Analyzes campaign and engagement performance and recommends optimization strategies based on results.

Provides application analysis, configuration, and support for Epic platforms supporting patient engagement, access, and communication workflows, in alignment with organizational priorities.

Designs, builds, tests, and maintains system configuration that supports patient engagement and access capabilities. Configures and supports Epic engagement platforms (including Hello World and Campaigns) to enable targeted outreach.

  • Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree.
  • Four years of relevant experience may substitute for degree requirement.

  • Department-specific Requirements Experience in Epic Cadence.
  • Preferred Qualifications and Skills Epic Certification in Cadence or MyChart.
  • Experience with Hello World, Campaigns, or similar engagement/outreach tools.
