Job Description

We help homeowners transform their spaces with quality flooring and professional service.

What You’ll Do Social Media Content Creation · Turn photos and video clips we provide into attractive, professional social media content.

· Create short-form videos and Reels featuring completed flooring projects, before-and-after transformations, and product highlights. · Add captions, text overlays, music, transitions, and branding to make content engaging.

· Create graphics, promotional posts, and special offers using tools such as Canva. · Write compelling captions in English, with Spanish content when appropriate. · Help manage our Facebook and Instagram accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

· Develop creative ideas for showcasing our work and attracting new customers. · Repurpose existing photos and videos into multiple pieces of marketing content. · Monitor engagement and recommend ways to improve content and reach.

Customer Service & Lead Management · Respond promptly to incoming leads from our website, social media, text messages, and other sources. · Communicate professionally with potential customers by text, phone, email, and messaging apps.

Key Responsibilities

• We’re looking for a creative, dependable, and organized remote team member to help grow our online presence, create engaging social media content, communicate with potential customers, and manage incoming sales leads.
• · Help manage our Facebook and Instagram accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Customer Service & Lead Management · Respond promptly to incoming leads from our website, social media, text messages, and other sources.
• Administrative & Marketing Support · Assist with promotions, marketing campaigns, and business development.
• · Help organize leads, appointments, and customer communications.
• · Experience handling sales inquiries, following up with leads, and booking appointments.
• You should also be comfortable communicating with customers, responding to inquiries quickly, and helping turn incoming leads into scheduled estimates.
• Your experience with customer service, phone calls, and lead follow-up.

Required Skills and Qualifications
