The Annuity Modeling team is responsible for developing and testing Prophet models for new and current annuity products. This position will be responsible for Prophet modeling and development for the FA/FIA Prophet model.

Key Responsibilities
- The Annuity Modeling team is responsible for developing and testing Prophet models for new and current annuity products.
- This position will be responsible for Prophet modeling and development for the FA/FIA Prophet model.
- There will also be opportunities to work on projects that affect the department more broadly, such as Prophet Enterprise usage and Assumptions Management.
- In this role, you’ll get to: This role may have the opportunity to manage other students as an introduction to management This role will be responsible for the projects and timelines for the FA & FIA Prophet model.
- Involvement encompasses creating and building, updating, enhancing, running, and validating the model.
- Analysis of model results, including: reconciliation and attribution of changes, communication of results to management, and detailed documentation Implement and test new software releases, library updates, new products, new regulatory requirements, and shared table changes in the Prophet environment Optimize models to follow coding standards and improve performance Evaluate new features and modeling approaches for use in our models Stage model inputs using Data Conversion Systems (DCS) and Assumption Manager We’re looking for people who have: ASA or near ASA preferred but not required Currently pursuing an ASA or FSA designation with the Society of Actuaries Strong computing and programming skills Strong actuarial and financial skills Strong communication skills Can adjust work resources and deadlines in response to changing business priorities Research shows some people may not apply for a role if they don’t check all the boxes of a .
