USRM Electronic Content Solutions (ECS) is seeking a Product Owner to join our Forms Development team, responsible for delivering scalable, compliant, and cost-effective insurance form solutions for Auto, Property, and Umbrella products.

Key Responsibilities

• USRM Electronic Content Solutions (ECS) is seeking a Product Owner to join our Forms Development team, responsible for delivering scalable, compliant, and cost-effective insurance form solutions for Auto, Property, and Umbrella products.
• This role is integral to enabling Liberty Mutual's ability to bring policy forms to market quickly and accurately while supporting regulatory compliance, profitability programs, and platform convergence initiatives.
• You'll own the delivery of policy form content that directly impacts profitability, regulatory compliance, and customer experience - while shaping a modernizing forms ecosystem undergoing significant convergence and operating model evolution.

• Manages form development product delivery across multiple lines of business (Auto, Property, Umbrella) with increasing complexity driven by regulatory requirements, multi-brand convergence, and cross-portfolio dependencies Owns and maintains the product backlog and is accountable for its contents, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
• Sets expectations with stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities.
• Works daily with the Agile working group clarifying business requirements, removing roadblocks, constantly communicating, and supporting alignment around product strategy.
• Monitors and maintains the product health, supporting long-term product viability and efficiency, and balancing long and short term and costs with desired outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Drives cost efficiency through form rationalization, reuse standards, and scalable solutions Partners with vendor form development teams to manage delivery throughput, quality, and adherence to defined SOPs and standards Qualifications Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management as typically acquired through a Bachelors` degree in relevant field (business, computer science, humanities, etc.) and a minimum of 2 to 4 years direct experience with agile teams as well as 5 years in business, technology or consulting.
• Experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant products and portfolio preferred.
