Job Description

  • Manager, Corporate Programs Corporate & Strategic Programs (CSP) sits within Coinbase's central Business org, leveraging program management to supercharge execution on the company's most critical priorities.
  • As a Manager, Corporate Programs, you'll own two of our most visible cross-functional programs: CORA (Change Oversight & Risk Assessment), which mitigates risk across all product launches and system changes, and Planning, which manages Executive QBRs, OKRs, and dependencies management.
  • You'll drive both programs end-to-end, translating complex process challenges into scalable solutions with direct visibility to senior leadership.
  • What you'll do: Conduct research and analysis to understand internal customer pain points and create solutions prioritized into a clear roadmap Drive Executive QBR planning cycles end-to-end, from company guidance through to final outputs Maintain CORA's operating rhythms including weekly and monthly reporting, and represent CORA during audits and compliance exams with internal and external stakeholders including regulators Partner with technical teams (IT, data, engineering) when solutions require more complex technical builds Maintain all enablement resources including guidance, policies, procedures, FAQs, training materials, and AI agents Identify and implement scalable solutions to systemic process and tooling challenges across both programs Required Skills and Experience: 6+ years in product operations or program management for software/product initiatives, with experience owning cross-functional programs end-to-end Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous or conflicting inputs into clear, actionable plans and drive them to completion Experience partnering with technical teams and translating business requirements into tooling or process solutions Proficiency in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and experience leveraging AI to automate and accelerate workflows Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to facilitate senior stakeholder dialogues and drive toward outcomes Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
