In this role, you will own the technical decisions behind cresta. com and help shape how Cresta puts its own AI agents to work for marketing use cases.

This position requires strong engineering fundamentals, high agency, and the ability to go deep in an unfamiliar domain quickly. If you are self-driven, AI-native, and eager to own something end to end, this role is for you.

Responsibilities The web platform Own how cresta. com is built end to end: how it’s structured, how content flows through it, and how it connects to everything else.

• In this role, you will own the technical decisions behind cresta.com and help shape how Cresta puts its own AI agents to work for marketing use cases.
• You'll architect and build our web platform, create the tooling that lets marketers ship without an engineer in the loop, and develop custom AI agents on Cresta's platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Our CEO, Ping Wu , founded and led Google's Contact Center AI and Vertex AI platforms before joining Cresta to build the future of AI-driven customer experiences.
• Partner with brand and design on the interactive experiences that carry our identity.
• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering techniques are strongly preferred.
• Nice To Have Experience owning a marketing website.
• Technical SEO and AEO experience grounded in tests rather than theory.
• Base Salary Range: $160K - $280K + Equity Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.

• Base Salary Range: $160K - $280K + Equity Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
