Job Description
Property & Specialty Product is seeking a leader for our Aerial Analytics and Operations team. As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for owning the health and intelligence of the Aerial ecosystem.
The role requires strong cross-functional partnership with USDS, external vendor partners, Risk Analytics, and other Product stakeholder teams to ensure Aerial capabilities operate effectively and continue to strengthen our competitive position in the market.
Establish clear reporting and analysis to how Aerial is performing in quoting, pricing, and UW, ensuring ongoing improvements to generate insights as Aerial features and capabilities continue to expand.

- Property & Specialty Product is seeking a leader for our Aerial Analytics and Operations team.
- As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for owning the health and intelligence of the Aerial ecosystem.
- This role requires a highly analytical, data-driven leader who can understand what is happening across Aerial results, diagnose why performance is changing, storytell to clearly communicate changes in a complex environment, and translate performance insights into clear opportunities – ultimately driving our business outcomes.
- We are looking for a leader who can establish a clear operating model for how Aerial performance is measured, understood, and improved across the ecosystem.
- This leader will be responsible for ensuring the organization has strong visibility into Aerial results, the root causes behind those results, and the evidence needed to prioritize enhancements and future investments.
- Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of analysts responsible for monitoring, interpreting, and improving the health and intelligence of the Aerial ecosystem.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field Minimum 8 years, typically 10 years or more of relevant experience PhD beneficial Expert skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (eg, SAS, Emblem) Must have exceptional planning, analytical, decision-making, communication, and project management skills Experience directly managing others required Experience managing operations beneficial High-level knowledge of data sources, tools, and the business (lines, systems, pricing plans), predictive modeling, and code (eg, SQL) Significant understanding of competitors' pricing strategies and relationship to our own Industry knowledge developed from internal meetings, news alerts, project-specific work, and proactive research into competitor strategies About Us Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location.
