- With industry-leading efficiency and eBPF-powered sensors, Upwind delivers comprehensive capabilities, including agentless cloud posture discovery, real-time threat protection, and integrated API security.
- We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to build strong, strategic relationships with customers and ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term value from the Upwind platform.
- You'll serve as the main point of contact, guide technical deployments, lead roadmap discussions, and provide hands-on support to drive engagement and satisfaction.

- Product Management and Technical Support) Requirements 3+ years in customer-facing roles in SaaS, with experience in Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, or similar roles Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), cybersecurity, or DevOps Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Experience leading technical projects, managing cloud deployments, and driving feature adoption Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical solutions to business goals Relevant certifications in cloud or security (preferred)
