Job Description

You’ll shape all aspects of design, including UI components for our design system, new products involving complex user interactions, and the overall strategy and vision of the design team.

You should be comfortable owning the entire design process, from UX strategy to product design and company branding.

Our goal is to learn how you think, collaborate, and create - while giving you a clear sense of the team, our culture, and how we work together.

Key Responsibilities

  • We’re looking for someone who can meet users where they are in their journey and inspire trust by delivering simple, beautiful, and well-crafted end-to-end experiences.
  • What you'll do Participate in and shape every part of the product development process, from idea inception to production Work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, product, sales, operations, and leadership to create incredible user experiences Develop and maintain the design system and brand assets we’ll use across the company Write design documentation and guidelines for internal audiences Iterate on and improve our design standards, tooling, and processes Background we're looking for 4+ years of experience in product design roles Obsession with understanding and serving users and, ultimately, making their lives better Demonstrated first principle thinking and mastery of fundamental design principles Experience operating in ambiguous environments solving complex user problems Ability to balance blue sky creativity and dedication to craft with bias to action Experience we’d be particularly excited about Ability to read and/or write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Background scaling high growth technology companies in the past Experience or interest in finance, healthcare, or benefits What to expect We want this process to be transparent, thoughtful, and reflective of the work you’ll be doing every day.
