What You’ll Do as a Precast Design Engineer Lead and execute precast engineering and design tasks efficiently. Collaborate with project teams to deliver structurally sound, cost-effective, and visually appealing precast concrete designs.
Perform and review structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety under various loads and conditions. Select materials and components for precast concrete production that meet strength, durability, and sustainability standards.
Create accurate drawings, plans, and specifications for precast projects aligned with industry design standards. Support cost estimation for materials Support Project Managers and Designers throughout the project lifecycle.

- What You’ll Do as a Precast Design Engineer Lead and execute precast engineering and design tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver structurally sound, cost-effective, and visually appealing precast concrete designs.
- Support cost estimation for materials Support Project Managers and Designers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote, utilize and support QA/QC processes to guarantee quality deliverables.
- degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, Master’s preferred 5 -10 years minimum Precast concrete design engineering experience Experience in precast concrete design engineering for transportation infrastructure and underground structures (utility vaults, manholes, drainage structures and pump stations) preferred Familiarity with ACI 318, ACI 350, ASCE-7, AASHTO Familiarity with IBC codes a plus Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it Proficiency in AutoCAD & RISA 3D Professional performance aligned with Fisher’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values Dedicated to fostering trusting relationships through collaboration, integrity, respect, and active listening Proven ability to deliver quality work through critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment Proactively own projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growth environment.
