This role requires someone who can translate business needs into effective technical solutions and help a blended team succeed in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.
Support platform modernization efforts, including migration from SSIS to Azure Data Factory (ADF), and help drive execution planning across active workstreams.
Key Responsibilities

- This is a people leadership role for a team with 10 direct reports and a blend of business and technical skill sets.
- The team develops ETL packages and reporting templates, provides technical guidance and support to the broader organization, and plays an active role in AI adoption and related technologies.
- This leader will oversee work supporting data pipelines and reporting tied to healthcare claims validation, pricing, and monitoring processes, with current work spanning Fee Schedule automation, SSIS-to-ADF migration, MRDT reference data, and MOOP/AVR support.
- We are looking for a hands-on, player-coach leader who can effectively guide technical work while also strengthening team execution, delivery processes, stakeholder alignment, and operational rigor.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Lead and develop a team responsible for ETL packages, reporting, and technical support for TCIM-related workstreams.
- Provide leadership across core areas including Fee Schedule processing, SSIS-to-ADF migration, MRDT data flows, and MOOP/AVR support.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into practical, reliable technical solutions that support operational and business needs.
