Job Description

We’re looking for talented individuals who will grow robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity. We are tech industry veterans in software, hardware, and design who are pooling our skills to build the future we want to live in.

We are solving real-world problems leveraging robotics, machine learning and computer vision, among other disciplines, with a mindful eye towards the end-to-end user experience. Our team is agile, diverse, and driven.

We believe that the best way to solve complicated dynamic problems is collaboratively and respectfully.

Perform regular variance analysis and provide insights into budget versus actual results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and maintain dynamic scenario models to assess the financial impact of various business strategies and decisions.

Leverage advanced Excel/Google Sheets and ChatGPT to automate and simplify complex reporting processes, ensuring higher efficiency and accuracy.

• JOB OVERVIEW The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
• JOB DUTIES Lead the preparation, analysis, and maintenance of detailed financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
• Act as a trusted financial partner to business units, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their financial needs and deliver actionable insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Apply solid knowledge of accounting principles to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and assist in closing processes.
• An incumbent may perform additional duties as assigned EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, & SKILLS Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a tech, robotics, or fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and a solid understanding of financial statements.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Experience with scenario modeling and financial forecasting tools, as well as ERP tools like NetSuite; experience implementing FP&A planning tools (Planful, Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive) a plus!
