Whether working on customer engagement, commerce, scheduling, or core platform capabilities, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our product and technology.

What You'll Do Here: Lead and develop a team of 5-8 engineers across various experience levels. Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning. Partner with Product Management and Design to define and deliver the team roadmap.

• You'll balance technical leadership with people management, fostering a culture of excellence while delivering impactful products across a variety of domains.
• Our engineering teams are responsible for developing scalable, reliable, and user-centric solutions that help businesses grow and operate efficiently.
• What You'll Do Here: Lead and develop a team of 5-8 engineers across various experience levels.
• Partner with Product Management and Design to define and deliver the team roadmap.
• Build a high-performing team culture focused on collaboration and growth.
• Manage team delivery, removing blockers, and ensuring successful execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Boulevard provides the first and only client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses.
• What You'll Do Here: Lead and develop a team of 5-8 engineers across various experience levels.
• What You'll Need To Thrive: 5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years of people management.
• Experience with agile development and delivery management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with remote team management and async collaboration.
• Nice To Have: Previous experience in B2B SaaS or marketing platforms.
• Experience with Elixir, React, or similar technologies.
