Job Description

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to homeowners to introduce Vechter Home Solutions and our services. Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations to understand their interests and needs.

Clearly communicate the benefits of our home improvement solutions and encourage homeowners to learn more. Schedule appointments for interested homeowners to speak with our team and receive additional information.

Accurately record call outcomes, homeowner information, and appointment details in our system. Follow established call scripts, communication guidelines, and scheduling procedures.

Maintain a positive, professional attitude while meeting daily and weekly appointment-setting goals. Follow up with homeowners as needed to confirm appointments and maintain engagement.

Work collaboratively with team members to support company growth and deliver a positive homeowner experience. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone.
