What You'll Do Design and execute account-based marketing strategies for target accounts or account segments (1:1, 1:few, or 1:many) Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify, prioritize, and align on target account lists Develop personalized campaigns, content, and messaging tailored to specific accounts, industries, or buying committees Coordinate multi-channel ABM programs across email, paid media, direct mail, events, and sales outreach Build and manage account engagement scoring and intent data to prioritize outreach timing Partner with sales development and account executives to orchestrate coordinated outreach touchpoints Track and report on ABM program performance, including account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact Work with marketing operations and RevOps to ensure clean data, attribution, and reporting across ABM platforms Continuously refine target account segmentation and messaging based on performance data What You Bring Proven experience running account-based marketing programs, ideally in a B2B environment Strong understanding of ABM strategy frameworks (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) and when to apply each Experience collaborating directly with sales teams on account selection and joint go-to-market execution Hands-on experience with ABM or marketing automation platforms (e.
